If you dont have a profile that gives you 280%.. That would be the
best way they should be able to supply you with their profile and
simply converting to that in photoshop would do the trick... You can
do a conversion in photoshop under convert to profile and use a
custom CMYK which will allow you to put in whatever total ink limit
you want.
