Thank you all for your suggestions!
The paper I am trying to profile is Epson Premium Glossy.
I have tried a few things suggested and here are some notes:
I have checked the prints under various light sources, compared to a Gretag Gray Card.
The cast is Green in Daylight, also in Fluorescent and GTI.
The cast is Magenta under Incandescent lighting.
Sorry I don't have a pure D50 light source to test it.
When the print is just comes out of the printer, its totally neutral. After 5 minutes the Cast appears. Of course I have let the targets dry for over 48 hours before measurements!
I have measured the GTI with EyeOne and crated a profile based on GTI lights. This one is by far the best profile, but only under this lighting.
I have printed Bill Atkinson Targets, also I have created a TC9.18
with more near gray patches. In both cases the results was the same horrible Green (magenta under incandescent) cast.
I have tried measure the targets with the POL filter. The results were a bit more neutral.
When I measure some Gray Patches for the print with EyeOne I get totally natural measurements.
ColorThink reports Average 1.82 DE between D50 and D65, and 1,52DE between D50 and GTI light source. Can a small DE like that produce so heavy cast?
Thanks in advanced for any father assistance
Best Regards.
Michael,
