A while back the guys from Chromaticity allowed me to try out a Quato Intelli Proof 213 and I must say, it was a respectable monitor. I put it on (nearly) the same level as the Eizo CG21, though it could not get as dark a black point. I can't offhand remember the price, but I think it was on par with the Eizo CG21. Its being distributed by Chromaticity, and may be worth checking out.
