Softproof to RGB TIFF?

Hi All:

I would like to create an RGB TIFF file of the softproof that is generated in Photoshop when testing my RGB => CMYK profile on an image.

Basically, I would like to have two RGB files, one is the original image in full resolution/bit depth, the second is the same image in full resolution/bit depth, only representing the image after it has been converted through the CMYK profile.

Any suggestions on how to do it?  I've used ColorLab, etc.
