Hi Marco
I regularly use an EyeOne on the Fiery without a problem. The hardware is the same. EFI just rebadge it and it isn’t enabled for any EyeOne Match functions. You must have had driver problems or something, or did you have EyeOne Match open as well? That can cause problems.

Hi Rob.
Recently, while working for a client, I tried to see whether I could fool
the EFI RIP into thinking that my EyeOne Pro was an ES-1000, but it didn't
recognize it, and I had to perform the linearization routine using the
copier's scanner instead. Bummer...
There must be some hardware difference between EyeOne Pro and ES-1000 that
the software reacts to.
