I'd hardly call ICC profiles of several hundred K to Megabytes "minuscule". And
there is redundancy that may be exploited in typical LUT profiles - the tables
are smooth, and the three intent tables probably resemble each other. Device
values are interleaved, where grouping output planes together would probably
give conventional compression more to work on. A bunch of profiles has
an enormous level of redundancy, the ICC tags are probably repeated over
and over, with minor variations.
