I am not sure what you are going after.
My response was based on til. If the specification is for 260% til then you
would need to create a profile and color separations for that condition.
I don't work with SRDS so I don't know all of those detail. But if I was in
touch with the folks who do the publications I might ask for a test to
verify the til conditions. I am sure that would be more than a ten minute
phone call.
The hope would be to change from multiple separation specs to one color
separation method that becomes a standard. That standard could be an Adode
profile or even a custom press profile that is an average of different press
conditions.
That is why Gracol 7 is so attractive. It provides a standardized target to
calibrate multiple presses and proofers to.
