Why on earth do you think people use anonymous, disposable addresses?

The guy claims to be doing it to avoid spam but, just like the majority of anonymous posters, just can't stop himself from making scurrilous remarks about individuals and businesses.

As for *banning* this and that - it's Apple's list so they can decide how they want to play it.

But they'd be foolish if they haven't got some kind of policy worked out because publishing defamatory information can be rather costly - and that's costly to Apple, not the coward who posts the messages. Just check out Laurence Godfrey v. Demon Internet Limited if you want a reminder of how costly anonymous defamation can be...
