It's pretty easy to add a "color cast slider" in Photoshop (although this would not be applied to the RAW image which would probably be better). Just add a fill layer using the color that you want to cast with. Then adjust the fill percentage and/or opacity of the layer. It's 'almost' just like looking through a filter on the camera's lens!
