Perhaps then it's a reflection of the linearization target being chosen ? In many years of using density base linearization (which uses a narrow band yellow measurement), I can't recall seeing such a yellow reversal. It sounds like is should be possible to counteract the effect by processing the spectral information appropriately from a non-UV cut instrument.
