It's a perfectly legal ICC profile (assuming the A2B is in XYZ PCS).
The ICC sets a priority when there is more than one tag to do a
particular transformation. An A2B0 tag will have priority over an
equivalent matrix transform. See the ICCV4.2 spec, page 27,
section 8.10 "Priority of tag usage".
