It's, of course, not necessary to re-measure the chart each time you want to change separation parameters. With PMPro's batch processing feature, simply load your measurement data once and then make profiles to your heart's content, changing your settings each time.

As much as I like Monaco Profiler, batch processing is one of the features I really miss from PMPro.
