Every time I've asked sw and hw vendors I've been assured that the
large majority of (if not all) recent  video cards that support dual
displays have the ability to store separate LUTs for each display. So
unless you have a very old video card, I think you have the capability
to fully calibrate and profile each one. At least on Macs. I don't
know how this works on the various flavors of Windows.
