Sorry if you already mentioned that (I confess that I've not followed this thread closely) -- but what target profile is this? I'm asking because some custom output profiles are poorly built, and do a substandard job of remapping values from source to target.
With that kind of profile there is not much to be done, other than perhaps to re-generate it using a professional profiling software package.
