This is bad news. I own both the DTP20 and DTP70, and I find the instruments serve very well their purpose and in a reliable manner.

I don’t understand why x-rite discontinues most of their products. I have never owned any GMB equipment but I have never heard either that they are *far* superior. Besides, it is well kown that depending on configurations one may deliver more favorable results than the other.

I personally feel this is a bad and wrong decision if actual.

Olivier

I heard yesterday that dtp-70 is EOL product as soon as next month. WOW! Is gretag technology so MUCH better or greatag devices are so much cheaper to make?

Anyone else heard that?

I am happy I just bought my Isis instead of dtp-70. It was a hunch. I was mad at Xrite that they killed my Pulse. I am not touching ColorPort unless there is support for barcodes...
