Just profiled a HP z3100 using the Advanced Profiling Solution and
inspected the results against Epson 7800.
Found:
1) Huge z3100 gamut, especially in the red, green and blue regions
2) Extremely close CMY gamut to the x800 series Epsons
3) More neutral black Dmax (close to 0a* 0 b*) as opposed to Epson's cool
black
Trained eyes were enthusiastic about the results. Well worth watching out
for in the future.
