I'm using the ProfileMaker Pro module.
In preference when the unit is detected I see Filter for iSis:
UVCut or No (No being the default).
In MeasureTool I see UVCut or UVCut+No.
The two products SHOULD use the same terms but at this point, I
have to assume that in
ProfileMaker Pro, NO provides both.
This makes sense for me.
Just my understanding:
1. MeasureTool:
Using the option UVcut will produce only one set measurement -> more
speed. -> save option: UVcut -> result = measurement file
Using the option UVCut+No will produce two sets of measurements ->
less speed -> save options: UVcut; noUVcut; ... ? ... -> result =
measurement files
2. ProfileMaker:
Using UVcut will produce only one set measurement -> more speed. ->
save option: UVcut -> result = ICC profile
Using NO will produce only one set measurement -> more speed. -> save
option: noUVcut -> result = ICC profile
For direct building of ICC profiles you don't need more options, so
you'll get the same speed.
But that's only my solution of the puzzle ;-)
