Of course no one would SELL a profile - profiles are free.

Only problem there is that that isn't the way copyright law works. You don't have to sell copyrighted material to violate the copyright, and the damages aren't what you did or didn't make. The damages are the amount you cost the copyright holder by infringing the copyright.
