Those are the pre-2007 press control guidelines, yes. The GRACoL6 characterization chart has SWOP coated 3 listed as C=1.35 M=1.45 Y=1.02 K=1.65 Goto www.swop.org for more reading.


Of course, getting the right solid ink densities is just one small step toward getting good proofs. What RIP are you using? How exactly are you proofing? Paint us a bigger picture about exactly what you are trying to do.
