Peter, that is a slightly wacky thing to say. What would be the point of using software, any software, if the work that one does with it cannot be used without incurring the wrath of the software manufacturer's unleashed horde of lawyers?

Within reason -- let's not lose sight of that. Violate common sense, and you're overreaching.
