Does anyone know what might cause a sizing inaccuracy on the 9500. My

Steve,
I just ran into a problem on an Epson 9600 using canvas and the
ImagePrint RIP. My 42" length images are 3/8 inch too short. A half-
dozen e-mails to ColorByte did not result in a satisfactory solution
(no solution at all, actually), and now I've been told by ColorByte
that I need to purchase a service agreement if I want anymore
answers from them (or software updates), e-mail support has been
terminated.
Sure, I can develop a "scaling factor" to use on the original images,
but that's far from ideal. I like the solution that EFI has to this
for their RIP, as described by Klaus. For a number of reasons, it's
time to look into a new RIP.
