Steve,
This is likely a Media setting error. Are you using the Epson driver,
or a RIP?
I use ImagePrint, which uses the Epson Media setting for feed
adjustment only (and not also for color, unlike the Epson driver).
If it is helpful to you, I have an Excel page listing all Epson
media, along with the media thickness of each (and other data). You
should try to find a Media setting that has a comparable thickness to
the media you are using. That might fix your problem. Resizing is
the other obvious solution.
