It appears that the relative signs of deltaC and deltaH are important
in computing the "RT' factor - ie. whether they are the same or different
signs. Note that taking the absolute values of deltaC and deltaH results
in a difference formula that does NOT match the reference DE2000 values,
so it is incorrect to do so.
