According to the previous post by Karl Koch (BasICColor), there is a
difference :_
"The CG210 is hardware calibratable, i.e. the video LUTs

the L997 is calibrated via 8bit LUT in the graphic card. "

I don't know if anyone has responded to this yet, or not. The Eizo
Flexscan L997 was the core product for the ColorEdge CG-210 model. The
specs are identical because it is the same monitor. From what I had
heard, Eizo tests all L997's and only the top performing (10-20%) of
L997's (those with the cleanest spec and tightest tolerances) were chosen
to be a ColorEdge CG-210 or a CG-21 (the CG-210's predecessor).
