Anyone here have an email address for someone at Xrite that might be helpful? Their online support form results in nothing silence...

This, while I wait for Silverfast to reply to an online support request. This whole no email address/ online support form thing seems to be working out pretty well.

All I want is info on how to re-certify my aging i1.
