Ah...I thought you meant the application Preview (/Applications/ Preview) when you said


Preview seems to know something about profiles -- source, monitor, printer -- but I haven't found a way to change profiles for it.

So you're using Photoshop CS3, right?

Well, yes, but selecting Preview in the print dialog causes a rendering to be displayed in the Mac Preview program.
