They laid of Michael Lanke in Regensdorf  he was the guy in charge of
developing the ColrMunki. I guess someone who likes the design might
hire him -

My impression is Xrite have a large debt, due to their M&A activities,
and servicing this debt is eating a good part of their cash flow.

On the one hand Xrite have made it to Motley Fool's list of deathbed stocks:

On the other hand, Hubble and ColorMunki look like good new solid
products which should sell well.

Let's see what happens - maybe someone will inject some cash or buy
this company - if it goes under I can't really imagine a scenario
where Barbieri and Datacolor rule the world ...
