He still is a good guy (I don't think Xrite had him euthanized). ;) Marc has helped me out on many occasions as well, very recently in fact, so I'm very disappointed to here this. When my queries to Xrite's tech support would go unanswered, he would always respond when I asked him directly. Xrite's loss. Let us know where you land Marc!
