Wow, mo. That sounds like a rather peremptory judgment.
I'm not sure that I agree with you. Designers, for example, want the results that color management offers, but I agree that most seem to expect those as a freebie or for a song. But savvy production people understand its usefulness and its value.
I doubt that this means that "there is no money in color management", though it is true that it is a tough sell, oftentimes, as I had the opportunity to find out for myself 9 years ago when I lobbied for it for many months at a SF design firm.
What do others think?
