You might want to take a look at Kodak ProfileWizard Mio, here:

They're at version 4 now. But I hear they are coming out in june, right in
time for Drupa, of course, with a brand spanking new version, which, as
always, is supposed to be the state of the art in ICC profiling and what
not. Their v4 editor has some unique features not found in the other
packages (keep in mind that not all packages offer a profile editor). No
time limited demo available that I know at their web site but a solid
performer nevertheless. Mac and PC from a single installation CD.

Worth investigating.

There is always Fuji ColourKit Profiler Suite which has a number of
interesting feature including monitor and dcam profiling.
