PMP has an amazing integration with the iSis -barcodes- which could be
a significant factor if you have an intense or stressful workflow. If
I remember my tests rightly, you just throw a target into the iSis and
the software retrieves the reference file automagically, and know
which page you're feeding in.
Retrieves as in 'automatically select a stored reference file'.
You can't however measure a chart with or without barcode unless the
reference file is stored (in the correct place) on the computer.
So building custom targets on one machine and reading them
"automatically via the barcode on another Mac/PC doesn't work unless
you manually move the reference file onto the new system.
