Mark,
My feeling is that this is not an issue of mandate or resources, but
just of philosophy, of way of working. Color maagement is not a
one-device issue, it's more like a hydraulic system where each part
needs to do its job without leaks. What I keep seeing from year to
year now is systems that work initially, and then fail suddenly
without warning. This gets frustrating.
