I just calibrated a LaCie 526 with LaCie blue eye pro (automatic

I would drop gamma 2.2 and use L* instead. And 160 cd is very bright.
I would take that down to 110. On the D50, I would be more inclined
to use D65 to match your press / proofing.
the tones in the DCS-Book CMYK. If I calibrate with eyeone match
the result is a bit better, but still not that, what I expect of a
wide-gamut monitor. I haven't tested other software-solutions yet.
Highly recommend display4 by basICColor, but not sure if it'll drive
the LUTs in your monitor, even though it's basically an NEC MultiSync
LCD2690WUXi unit. You can download a test version of display4 from
basiccolor.de, and buy licenses from Jon Meyer at GrafixGear -
email@hidden - only USD$50 / station. I'm assuming you're in
the US.
If the LUTs aren't open to non-LaCie profiling tools, I'd call LaCie
and complain to have the LUTs unlocked to other solutions.
Can anybody in this list share my results?
Hey, just did! :)
