ICC Examin

Just wanted to bring your attention to the latest version of ICC Examin.

Available here :

http://downloads.sourceforge.net/oyranos/icc_examin-0.45_rc7.app.tgz

This has got to be the absolute best 3D/Lab visualization tool I ever
encountered in my life! The only thing that bugs me is that I can't find the
way to stop the view from rotating. But it's fantastic. Just open up some
CGATS text file like "GRACoL2006_Coated1.txt" and you'll be on your way to
stupendous eye candy. I can't begin to tell you how long I've been looking
for a tool like that. For anyone wanting some insights into color management
or wanting to make CIE Lab a little more intuitive, this is a fantastic
place to start. Thank you so much Kai-Uwe! I think some of the credit also
goes to Argyll for computing the gamut stats but all the hard work really
goes to Kai-Uwe.

Hey, I'm opened to other links if you have a better tool. Imatest
GamutVision is very nice, too. But ICC Examin, well, has a special place in
my heart.

Oh! It's only available for Mac OSX and Unices ... Who said that Macs were
better???
