Hi. This is not a color management question (but it¹s related), but I know
there are some of you on this list with experience using dcraw. I have the
binary from <http://www.insflug.org/raw/> but there is not really any
information on how to install it. Can anyone point me to installation
instructions and also instructions for using it (if there is anything beyond
the ³man² page, which I assume there will be).
