In the past I had success creating PDFs from InDesign and then
printing those from Acrobat. Tests I ran using CS2 a couple of years
ago showed I got a consistent result printing this way versus
printing from PS CS2. Unless Leopard or the CS3 suite has changed
something this might be an easier solution.
