I need to spec a replacement for a venerable HP 5SiMX 11x17 B&W printer.

Anyone have caveats on this Lexmark? Vendor offered it as an alternative, my gut feeling isn't too positive regarding consumables or color quality in general.

This is for a graphics department that uses an Epson 4000 for color output presently, as needed.

Any comments would be helpful.
