When I read your explanation, I thought the differences in light

magenta. I decided to plot the spectral values to investigate the
error source in detail. The difference is very big at 380 nm and
almost finishes at 420nm. It seems to be caused by different light
sources in the range affected by OBA, so your explanation seems to
be correct!
Lorenzo, are you using the iSis in "no filter" mode (2 passes)? Same
filtration for both the Eye-One and iSis I assume? You may have stated
this in an earlier post but I've deleted them already.
