Acrobat and two monitors

Can't Acrobat Pro handle a dual monitor setup? When I drag an image from one monitor to another, the colors aren't adjusted to reflect the new monitor profile the way I'm used to when I'm using Photoshop. The only way to get Acrobat Pro to use the second monitor's profile I found was to make it to my main monitor, restart Acrobat and then opening the pdf file.

I've tested this with Acrobat Pro 8 and a beta Acrobat Pro 9. Both on a Mac.
