Evidently there's just a lot of stuff out there that Vista does
not and probably will never support. That's the feedback I'm
getting from a ton of guys with Windows networks who are scared to
death of getting new machines, let alone making a switchover from
Mac. Again, color management-wise there really is no difference.

OS X has it's share of color management issues but in Vista color
management is basically broken.
I wrote an article about it in our monthly newsletter. There is a

Well just to clarify, I was only speaking of XP. The sum total of my
experience with Vista to date has been a couple laptops. I don't know
anyone who has had the testicular fortitude to attempt to make a
network out of it. Not yet, and not in any of the industries I inhabit.
