Hi Dave,

Chances are you are double color manging.

Be sure that you turn color management off in your Canon print diver. Then select "Photoshop does color management". Then select the printer ICC profile in the Photoshop printer dialog.

For more information read "Real World Adobe Photoshop CS2". It explains this in detail.

I'm looking for some help with Photoshop color management. My question
seems simple, the answer, apparently not so.

I've calibrated my Samsung LCD monitor and am certain it's dead on. I'm
using Photoshop CS2, Ilford paper, and a Canon Pro9000 printer. How do I
tell Photoshop to display the color as I'll see it on my printer? Is it the
View>Proof Setup setting? I have it set to the Ilford downloaded icc
profile for my paper/printer.

Then, how do I get my printer to display what's on my display? I'm using
the Ilford downloaded icc and it's not even close.

Any help you can provide is greatly appreciated.

Thanks.
