What contrast ratio do you want? Ideally its something real close to the
output (print), so these high ratio's are not ideal! One could argue you'd
be hard pressed to find a print with a white and black (Dmax) that produces
a contrast ratio of 500:1 if that.
Divide the white luminance by the black point in order to figure out the
contrast ratio. If you had 150cd/m2 luminance and a black point of .25, that
would be a 600:1 contrast ratio.
