Are all the curves scary?   Or just the funny one?

BTW, 70cd/m2, even on a CRT is really low! No contest!

70 cd/m2 is what I learned at seminars. However, this was seven years ago.

I am guessing, the straight line is what is important.

Not necessarily although as I said, the one screen capture looks pretty awful curves wise.

Native white point and TRC gamma should provide straight lines. But that has nothing to do with contrast ratio. That’s all about the two values (luminance and black point).

BTW, 70cd/m2, even on a CRT is really low!
