Brian,

> I have the Design edition (white) and I love it!

I have the Design too. Wonder what the differences are with the Photo
edition?

Amazing profiling technology, if you ask me. I wasn't asked to total ink
coverage, black start, black width, GCR, UCR. It's probably making all these
assumptions behind the scene or it could very well use something completely
novel. Like the old Studion black generation system. I have not studied the
Munki separation carefully, I must say...

You mean the Basic IT8.7/3 182 patch layout? Been wondering how the Munki
could be used on a press profile since there is this iterative approach. Not
really practical. Maybe it's my limited knowledge of the system. Maybe there
is a way to do it in one pass?

The DTP70 wasn't bad either in its time -- still have one. You have the
smaller iSis?

For the money, it packs a lot of value -- no doubt.

This is something I need to venture in next. I'll have to try it on the
projector at school. You say it does wonder? Do you point the Munki at the
screen or at the projector, like the i1 Beamer?

> So, across the board, Munki Business is good business in my opinion.

Yeah, hope lot of people catch on ;-)

BTW, did you get the PANTONE Goe swatchbook too?

Kind of neat new solid color system.

P.S. Eizo ColorNavigator now supports the Munki Design too. It's probably
going to be supported by a growing number of applications or systems like
Argyll? If only someone could get a Munki in Graeme's hands...
