And I still haven't received the calibration kit (colorimeter and
software) from Chromix (HP's fault), so I have been unable to use the
monitor in a production environment, since I can't confidently
calibrate and profile it. That also means that it's not in regular
use and any flaws may not be apparent yet.
That makes it a triple-customer bad.

P.S. Karl, I'll look forward to BasICColor with the HP matched
colorimeter. If you have a contact for me at HP, let me know.

I am afraid the customers are too demanding for HP- my first LP2480ZX
was bad, the second was bad (looked like a refurb), the replacement
unit sent to Chromix for me was tested by Chromix and found to be bad,
I am now looking to find who is responsible for this product so I can
get a properly working one. So far, so bad.

Rich,
I´d do it any day, if HP reacted and sent us the required
information/SDK. Maybe they´ll start moving, when enough customers
utter their demand ;-)
