I made some measurements on an Eizo CG301W yesterday. I don't have the UDACT
software but I have the versatile and inexpensive BabelColor CT&A. Under the
Spectral Tools menu, there is a panel called ISO-3664+ which includes
ISO-12646 tests. The Brightness criteria is 10% from the center of the
monitor. This Eizo unit I tested yesterday did not deviate more than, I
think, 8%, in all 8 points sampled across the surface.
Your HP seems to be even more uniform :

Ah! The CT&A uses ISO-12646's u'v' radius of 0.025 around the target u'v'.
This particular Eizo unit fared very well on this test, worst result was
0.007. Again, encouraging. There is good quality hardware out there.
This being said, you seem to have landed a particular good HP Dreamcolor
unit, if we compare with the posts from our friend Edmund?
