I agree. Keeping the aimpoints and tolerances hidden in a paper that one has to pay $80 for seems unusual to say the least. With all the ISO papers out there establishing standards for all sorts of conditions, and with the ongoing updates to previous ones, one could easily spend thousands of dollars on the stuff.
