The link is publicly available (SWOP home page/Certification/Vender
instructions).
My interest in ISO 12646 is for exactly the information you mention:
viewing conditions. This is mentioned nowhere on the website or the
PDF you link to.
There is a cursory mention of ISO12646 (page 6) as well as other
reference standards (ISO 3664 and 13655), but I agree that viewing
conditions are not mentioned fully (or at all in some cases) within
the individual ADS for monitor verification, and thats a bummer,
though it is mentioned in the vender instructions that "It has been
the objective of this revised procedure to minimize dependence on
visual assessment and rely primarily on metrology to determine pass/
fail." And after all, the full conditions for ISO 3664 remain
unmentioned for hard copy proofing.
I agree that all aimpoints should be freely available...unfortunately
the ISO standards are what they are, and are held hostage until you
pay. Luckily most data from Idealliance is freely available.
