I converted the sample image 3 different ways:
1) From ECIRGB v2 to 4800_egpp4245_1440s.icc in Photoshop, using Relative Colorimetric with BPC;
2) From ECIRGB v2 to 4800_egpp4245_1440s.icc in Photoshop, using Perceptual;
3) From ECIRGB v2 to 4800_egpp4245_1440s.icc via the "DL_eci_v2->4800_egpp4245_1440s.icc" Device Link profile, by means of the "Convert File Using Device Link" AppleScript.
I converted each of these 3 images, plus the original ECIRGB image, to Lab (RelCol or AbsCol -- either way will work). Then I dragged all 4 images into one single 4-layer Lab image file, with each image precisely aligned with the others and each layer clearly labeled ("RelCol", "DVL", etc.). I compared the 4 images to one another by clicking the layers on and off. Any differences, no matter how small, become very evident that way.
