Funny, I can see ICC input (camera) profiles in Photoshop just fine.
Can use em too (in Photoshop), not that I've seen the need....
What do you mean by "see"?
Of course you can "see" ICC camera profiles located on your hard drive
and assign them to images, of course you can "see" ICC camera profiles
that are already embedded in an image - just as with any other ICC
profile.
What you *can't* do is make ACR automatically assign an individual ICC
camera profile to an image *instead* of using an Adobe default profile
for the camera used when you convert the RAW file, but that would be
the crucial step for an ICC color management workflow for cameras.
